File returns for clients with no incomes

Tell clients who don’t have any reportable income, or who are taking care of eligible dependants, that they should file tax returns anyways.

Even with no income, they are still eligible for credits and benefits, says CRA.

If they don’t file returns, they’ll miss out on sales tax credits, the Canada Child Tax Benefit and provincial benefits.
