Canadians take home international STEP awards

Two Canadians were among the winners of the international STEP Private Client Awards given out Wednesday in London, U.K.

Cindy Radu, a partner at BDO Canada in Calgary, won the People’s Choice – Trusted Advisor of the Year Award. GENn Family Office, also from Calgary, received the Multi-Family Office Team of the Year award.

“It’s amazing to have this kind of recognition, especially on a global basis,” Radu said in a release. “STEP is a great brand and it becomes stronger as we continue to recognize the great work we are all doing in our specialist areas.”

The awards recognize excellence in private client practice for lawyers, accountants, barristers, bankers, trust managers and financial advisors.
