Read: Small business owners more optimistic Clients that are CFIB members can choose from two plans. The Simple-and-Smart plan is for those with less than 10 employees. Meanwhile, the Flexible-and-Affordable plan is for members with more employees. Both options include direct deposits, year-end filing and support, records of employment and online employee self-service. “Red tape and paperwork are among the biggest concerns to small business,” says CFIB president Dan Kelly.
