Breather is simple—through its app, it connects people in need of office space with a quiet, well-decorated, place nearby, reports The Atlantic.

Smith says the idea cam from frustrating experiences on his own business trips, The Atlantic says. He was sick of having to buy a cup of coffee or loiter in a hotel lobby for WiFi access or a meeting place.

So far, there are well-appointed offices peppered through buildings in New York and Montreal.
