Purpose launches bond fund

Purpose Investments is opening its Purpose Tactical Investment Grade Bond Fund today.

It trades under the TSX symbol BND.

The fund aims to achieve positive total returns without taking on additional risk. It aims to maximize the risk/return trade-off by enhancing bonds yields while managing duration across broad range of Canadian & U.S. investment grade fixed income securities.
