The donation is staggered over seven years. Read: Don’t forget the first-time donors’ super credit The hospital called Subban’s donation “the biggest philanthropic commitment by a sports figure in Canadian history.” Some of Subban’s contribution will go to a fund called P.K.’s Helping Hands, which will help families of sick children through their financial difficulties, reports CBC.
