Canada’s wealthiest people are…

In the past year, Canada’s wealthiest citizens added $25 billion to their total wealth, reports Canadian Business.

CB ranked the country’s 25 richest people. The list includes mining and technology investor Murray Edwards, who has a net worth of $2.83 billion. Also on the tome is David Cheriton, who was an early investor in Google and currently had $2.89 billion.

Other familiear names on the list include Frank Stronach ($2.94 billion), Jean Coutu ($3.21 billion), and the Richardson Family, best-known for their ownership of Richardson GMP ($5.05 billion).
