Broadridge introduces mobile proxy voting

Thanks to Broadridge Financial Solutions, proxy voting is as close as your smartphone and tablet.

Registered shareholders on ProxyVote.com, as well as ESOP and ESPP participants, can now vote their shares on the Internet.

ProxyVote.com is compatible with most mobile devices including iPhone 4, BlackBerry, Android, Microsoft tablets and other smartphone platforms.

According to Broadridge data, e-mail delivery of proxy materials is growing exponentially in North America, nearly tripling to almost 78 million deliveries for the annualized period ended June 30, 2010, up from 27 million deliveries for the annualized period ended June 30, 2006.
