6 tips for clients who lose their jobs

If a client tells you he’s been fired, he’ll be emotional and financially at risk.

So offer to help by sharing these six main tips, as outlined by Moneysense.ca. They include:

  • Don’t sign anything until you review your severance package; and
  • Put together a file of important documents (including compensation and bonus documents, as well as any printed email conversations between you and your managers about any conflicts/your quality work).
