Twelve ETFs have had their risk ratings lowered from “medium” to “low to medium,” while the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets All Cap Index ETF has had its risk rating lowered from “medium to high” to “medium.” The changes are effective immediately. The investment objectives, strategies and management of the ETFs remain the same, Vanguard said in a release. See Vanguard’s press release for the complete list affected funds.
