Sun Life launches new ETF portfolios

Sun Life Global Investments (Canada) Inc. has launched five new mutual fund portfolios that invest in ETFs and other mutual funds.

“The Sun Life Tactical ETF Portfolios are designed for investors who want exposure to ETFs within the structure of an actively managed mutual fund,” the firm said Friday in a release.

The funds include:

• Sun Life Tactical Fixed Income ETF Portfolio (invests mainly in fixed-income ETFs and mutual funds)
• Sun Life Tactical Conservative ETF Portfolio (invests mainly in a combination of fixed-income and equity ETFs and other mutual funds)
• Sun Life Tactical Balanced ETF Portfolio (invests mainly in a mix of equity and fixed-income ETFs and other mutual funds)
• Sun Life Tactical Growth ETF Portfolio (mainly invests in equity ETFs and other equity mutual funds)
• Sun Life Tactical Equity ETF Portfolio (invests mainly in equity ETFs and other equity mutual funds)
