Horizons ETFs Management will be terminating the Horizons Active North American Growth ETF at the close of business on June 28, 2013.

As a result, no further direct subscriptions for units of the fund will be accepted, and June 24, 2013 is expected to be the last date on which a redemption request may be placed with the manager.

The terminated ETF will be de-listed from the TSX, at the request of the manager, at the close of business on or about June 25, 2013.

All units still held by investors will be subject to a mandatory redemption as of the termination date, so unit holders will receive the proceeds from the liquidation of the assets, less all liabilities and all expenses.
