Evolve launches global bond ETF

Evolve Funds Group Inc. has launched a global fixed income ETF.

The actively managed Evolve Active Global Fixed Income ETF invests mainly in global debt securities of corporate issuers, the firm said in a release. The fund began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Wednesday. Allianz Global Investors is the ETF’s subadvisor.

Evolve also launched an unhedged U.S. dollar class of units of Evolve Active US Core Equity ETF, the firm said in a release. Canadian dollar hedged and unhedged units have been available since last year.
