Evolve Funds has filed a preliminary prospectus for the Evolve Innovation Index ETF.

The ETF will contain a portfolio of global companies involved in innovative and disruptive industries, including big data, blockchain, cloud computing, future cars, genomics, alternative or renewal energy, robotics and social media.

The ETF will aim to replicate the performance of the Solactive Global Innovation Index as much as possible before fees and expenses.

A preliminary prospectus has been filed with the securities commissions or similar authorities in all provinces and territories of Canada.
