Citi creates ETF team

Jeffrey McCarthy is bringing his experience in ETFs from Brown Brothers Harriman to Citigroup.

McCarthy will serve as Citi’s Global ETF Product Head in its Securities and Fund Services business and will oversee product innovation, market development and provide end-to-end servicing solutions.

At Brown Brothers Harriman, McCarthy was the Global ETF Product Manager. Citigroup is looking to McCarthy to assist asset manager clients in launching new ETF products and promoting their distribution domestically and internationally.

Through the new team, Citi will offer product development assistance, pre-launch coordination, global servicing platforms and distribution solutions including cross-listing models.
