The iShares S&P Global Industrials Index Fund (CAD-Hedged) (XGI) and iShares S&P Global Consumer Discretionary Index Fund (CAD-Hedged) (XCD) will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange today. They will also be available to Sun Life Global Investments within several of their mutual funds. In April 2011, BlackRock partnered with Sun Life Global Investments to launch two Canadian mutual funds–comprised of index strategies and iShares ETFs–which have drawn on the strong approach to risk management of both Sun Life Global Investments and BlackRock.
