TD Asset Management has announced plans to terminate the TD Emerald U.S. Dollar Treasury Management Fund, April 10, 2012.

The fund was closed to new purchases on February 2, 2012.

The TDAM says the termination is part of a streamlining process for the TD Emerald Treasury Management Funds offering. Unitholders may redeem or switch their holdings of the fund for settlement on or prior to the termination date.

TDAM will sell the holdings of the fund at fair market value, determine distributions and, on or about April 10, 2012, distribute the net assets to remaining unitholders.
