Invesco Canada to close 2 funds

Invesco Canada Ltd. will be closing Invesco Global Equity Fund (Series A, F and I) on December 21, 2012.

Unitholders have the option to switch their investments to any of Invesco’s funds or redeem their units.

Also, Invesco’s PowerShares FTSE RAFI Emerging Markets Fundamental Index ETF will terminate on December 14, 2012. This won’t affect investors because the ETF was never offered to the public or listed on any exchange.
