BMO changes portfolio management

BMO Investments has announced changes to the portfolio managers for BMO Asset Allocation Fund. Effective on or about April 15th, 2011, Harris Investment Management, Inc. and Martin Currie Inc. will no longer act as portfolio managers of the foreign securities equity component of the fund.

BMO Asset Management Inc. will assume this responsibility. As a result, on the effective date of the change, BMO Asset Management Inc. will be the sole portfolio manager of the fund. There will be no changes to the fund’s investment objectives or strategies as a result of the change.
