Sun Life Global Investments appoints new president

Sun Life Global Investments (Canada) Inc. (SLGI) has appointed Jordy Chilcott president of SLGI and senior vice-president, investment solutions, the firm announced on Thursday.

Chilcott served as president and CEO of Dynamic Funds and senior vice-president of global asset management at Scotiabank before joining SLGI in 2017 as the head of investment distribution.

“Jordy has been integral to SLGI’s success since he joined Sun Life. His breadth of experience, client-centric approach and track record of leading high-performing teams make him a great fit to lead the business,” Jacques Goulet, president of Sun Life Canada, said in a press release.
