Richardson GMP names Gareth Watson VP

Richardson GMP has announced the appointment of Gareth Watson to vice-president, Investment Management & Research, where he will develop and communicate the firm’s core investment strategy platform.

“The appointment of Gareth to our Investments & Advice Team is a key step in the continued delivery of actionable ideas to our Investment Advisors and their clients,” said Andrew Marsh, CEO, Richardson GMP. “We are committed to building a high quality platform for advising high net worth clients with our all-encompassing approach to planning and managing all aspects of their wealth. Watson held equity research roles with Scotia Capital Markets from 2001 to 2005, before joining the portfolio advisory group of Scotia McLeod, with a focus on large cap Canadian Equities.
