Moseley, who was first appointed vice-chair of the commission in 2017, will remain in that position until Nov. 29, 2022. He was previously a part-time commissioner. “Tim’s leadership has been instrumental in driving the OSC’s work on burden reduction and investor protection reforms, and I look forward to his continued involvement in these and other important initiatives,” said Grant Vingoe, acting chair and CEO of the OSC, in a release. Prior to joining the commission, Moseley was senior vice-president and chief compliance officer at CIBC.
