(May 22, 2008) Jovian Capital Corporation announced Thursday that it has successfully closed the CIBC Gartman Global Allocation Deposit Notes, Series 4.

Adam Felesky, JovFunds’ CEO, says, “The strong demand across all series is a testament to the strong performance achieved to date.”

The notes’ performance is linked to the Gartman Index IITM, a proprietary index offering long, short or neutral exposure in various weightings to any combination of 24 underlying equity, commodity, bond and currency sub-indexes, as selected by Dennis Gartman on a monthly basis.

The notes are 100% principal protected by CIBC if they’re held to the seven-year maturity term.
