On The Shelf: JovFunds takes over Jov Prosperity management

(August 22, 2008) JovFunds Management Inc has announced that it will take over as manager of the several Jov Prosperity funds currently managed by T.E. Investment Counsel, effective November 1, 2008.

The affected funds include Jov Prosperity Canadian Fixed Income Fund, Jov Prosperity Canadian Equity Fund, Jov Prosperity U.S. Equity Fund and Jov Prosperity International Equity Fund.

T.E. Investment Counsel will continue to act as the Prosperity Funds’ portfolio advisor.
