(April 1, 2008) JovFunds Management has announced the launch of a fourth series of its CIBC Gartman Global Allocation Deposit Notes, which will track The Gartman Index IITM, a proprietary index developed by leading global markets commentator Dennis Gartman.

“In response to the continuing demand from both the advisor and retail investor community, we are delighted to launch Series 4 of the Notes in conjunction with CIBC and Dennis Gartman,” said Adam Felesky, CEO of JovFunds.

The Series 4 Notes will be available for sale until May 16, 2008, and will mature in seven years. They are 100% principal-protected by CIBC, if held to maturity.

“We are extremely proud to be partnering with JovFunds and CIBC on the 4th in a series of CIBC Gartman Global Allocation Notes,” says Gartman. “The first year has proven to be both volatile and yet profitable. We were fortunate to have understood the dynamics of the growing global demand for commodities, most notably grains, and to have profited from those emerging and continued trends.”
