(TDAM) announced changes to its TD International Stock Fund on Friday. The portfolio advisor will change from TDAM and Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. to TD Greystone Asset Management, TDAM said in a news release. This change is effective April 15. The fund’s investment strategy will change to include investments in companies “believed to be able to sustain strong earnings growth,” with an emphasis on earnings quality and strong financials. The fund’s investment objective will not change. On Friday, the fund’s risk rating was lowered to Medium from Medium to High.
