Ferreira and Girouard, co-heads and executive vice-presidents, financial markets, will take on the bank’s “transformation mandate” and focus on “the bank’s digital transformation and cultural shift” while maintaining their current responsibilities, the bank said in a statement. Pascoe, chief transformation officer and executive vice-president, will retire after 16 years with National Bank. He joined in 2003 as senior vice-president, treasury and financial markets, and was appointed executive vice-president, financial markets, in 2008.
