MFDA issues reasons for decision in Fanelli, Torchia cases

A hearing panel of the Central Regional Council of the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) has issued its reasons for decision in connection with the hearings held in Toronto, Ontario on December 3, 2010 in the matters of Domenic Fanelli (Settlement Hearing) and Michele Torchia (Hearing on the Merits).
