Mackenzie Financial has announced that Henderson Global Investors will no longer sub-advise on the Mackenzie Focus Fund and Mackenzie Focus Class, effective March 31, 2011.

The funds employ the services of five other management teams, which will continue to serve as sub-advisors.

Each portfolio management team of Mackenzie Focus Fund and Mackenzie Focus Class selects approximately 10 securities within their style specialty/geographic focus to build a globally diversified portfolio.
