Invesco Trimark hires two Burgundy VPs

Invesco Trimark has announced two additions to its global equities team.

Michael Hatcher, formerly vice-president of Burgundy Asset Management, has been named vice-president with Invesco Trimark. He brings over 13 years of investment experience, focusing on European equities.

Jeff Feng, also formerly a vice-president with Burgundy, joins Trimark as vice-president as well. Feng brings over 10 years of investment experience, with a focus on Asian equities.

“We’re pleased to have both Michael and Jeff join our organization and be valuable contributors to the entire Trimark Investment team,” said Graham Anderson, chief investment officer at Invesco Trimark.

Feng and Hatcher are the second and third managers to come to Trimark from Burgundy in recent weeks, following Darren McKiernan, who joined in August.

Hatcher will join Dana Love as co-manager on Trimark Europlus Fund, while Feng will join Darren McKiernan on Trimark Global Dividend Class.

The firm also announced the retirement of 25-year veteran Judith Adams, effective at the end of the year. Hatcher, Feng and McKiernan will take over Adams’ role as manager of the Trimark International Companies Fund.

Burgundy Asset Management provides discretionary investment management services to private individuals, charitable foundations, endowments and pension funds.
