Hallé is vice-president, Eastern Canada, with Dynamic Funds. The board also elected Sébastien Vallée, senior manager, investment solutions division, Desjardins Société de placement, as its second vice-chair. Paul Bourque, IFIC’s president and CEO, remains on the board as ex-officio first vice-chair. Johanne Blanchard, vice-president and legal counsel with IG Wealth Management, served as chair over the past two years and will remain on the board as a governor.
