FP Canada recognizes top CFP exam writers

FP Canada has recognized top scorers on the certified financial planner (CFP) exam administered last fall.

The October 2021 President’s List recipients are:

• Matthew Kaustinen, Thunder Bay, Ont. (MD Financial Management); first place
• Christian Battistelli, Markham, Ont. (Assante Financial Management); second place
• Leon Chan, Richmond, B.C. (Canada Life Assurance); third-place tie
• Andrea LaPointe, Victoria, B.C. (Edward Jones Investments); third-place tie

“Congratulations to Matthew, Christian, Leon and Andrea for their achievement,” said Tashia Batstone, president and CEO of FP Canada, in a release. “On behalf of FP Canada, I wish them the very best in their careers as professional financial planners.”
