The slips are being sent to residents who received the Canada Emergency Response Benefit, the Canada Emergency Student Benefit, the Canada Recovery Benefit, the Canada Recovery Sickness Benefit and the Canada Recovery Caregiving Benefit. Those who haven’t received a T4A slip by March 10 will be able to access the document through the CRA’s online My Account platform or by contacting the CRA directly, according to a release. Residents who received benefits from Service Canada will receive a T4E Statement of Employment Insurance and Other Benefits in order to complete their 2020 tax and benefit return, the release said.
