The new portfolios will allow investors to benefit from tax-deferred switching and compound growth in their non-registered accounts. The Meritage Portfolios invest in third-party funds selected using a quantitative approach known as the Select Rating System. Funds managed by National Bank Securities cannot be included in the portfolios to ensure complete objectivity in the selection process.
