CI Investments has announced the rescheduling of a securityholder meeting to vote on the proposed merger of United Financial’s Artisan Portfolios and Institutional Managed Portfolios. The meeting will be held on September 17, 2010. It had originally been scheduled for August 12.

Also on September 17, securityholders will vote on CI’s proposal to merge the Select 100i Managed Portfolio Corporate Class into the Select Income Managed Corporate Class.

Subject to securityholders’ approval, the mergers will take effect after the close of business on or about September 17, 2010. All other information regarding the proposed mergers remains unchanged.
