This time, the two rivals are locking horns over “rounded corners and other elements of smartphone design,” says an FT report. Apple wants an additional $707million in damages from its South Korean competitor and is seeking to ban eight Samsung smartphones from sale in the U.S., ahead of the Christmas holiday shopping season.
