Apple loves to keep its rivals under the pump.

Just weeks after winning a $1.05 billion patent infringement award against Samsung in a jury trial, the U.S. tech giant is back for more.

This time, the two rivals are locking horns over “rounded corners and other elements of smartphone design,” says an FT report.

Apple wants an additional $707million in damages from its South Korean competitor and is seeking to ban eight Samsung smartphones from sale in the U.S., ahead of the Christmas holiday shopping season.
