Accountants positive about economy

Fifty-five percent of senior professional accountants are optimistic about this year’s economic prospects, says CPA Canada’s business monitor survey.

That’s an increase from 34% in Q4 2013, adds CPA Canada.

The majority of respondents (73%) expect their revenues to grow over the next year, and 66% expect an increase in profits. Nearly half (43%) of accountants are also optimistic about employment.
