Will Morneau follow Paul Martin’s playbook?

For this year’s federal budget, it’s possible that Finance Minister Bill Morneau will attempt to draw on the work of former finance minister Paul Martin, who “[the] Liberals still revere […] for saving the economy from ruin,” says Canadian Business.
