Target set on Quebec and Nova Scotia

Target says it will be opening 23 new stores in Canada this fall, including its first in Quebec and Nova Scotia.

Ontario will also get four more locations in Ottawa and the surrounding area.

The retailers will open this fall, with 14 locations opening Sept. 17 and nine on Oct. 18.

Target currently has 68 stores across Canada, and plans on growing to 124 locations by the end of the year.

Most locations will feature a Starbucks and a pharmacy.

The first-ever Quebec stores will be in Anjou, Boisbriand, Brossard, Gatineau, Joiliette, Laval, Lévis, Montreal, Quebec City, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Sainte-Foy, Saint-Eustache, Saint-Georges, Saint-Jérôme and Trois-Rivières.

The Nova Scotia stores will be in Bedford, Dartmouth and Halifax.
