How much are MLB players’ homes worth?

The Toronto Blue Jays are in the playoffs for the first time in 22 years.

So, if your clients are baseball fans, consider sharing CNBC’s coverage of where some of the top current and former MLB players have chosen to live, and of how much that real estate typically sells for.

For example, former Orioles catcher Javy Lopez has owned a stone mansion in Georgia since 2003. CNBC says he’s attempted to sell it twice for as high as US$3.5 million and as low as $2.35 million.

Further, says CNBC, former Angel and Cardinal Jim Edmonds has been busy selling some of his California homes, including a mansion that once had an asking price of approximately US$8 million.
