DTCC to buy Omego from Reuters

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation plans to buy out the remaining 50% of Omego which it doesn’t own, reports the Financial Times.

The DTCC will purchase the holdings from Thompson Reuters in order to use Omego technology to extend into risk analysis.
