City Financial has new director

City Financial has appointed Lalit Aggarwal to its board of directors.

Aggarwal is president and chairman of the investment committee at Manor Park Capital Advisors in Toronto. He previously held senior positions at H.I.G. European Capital Partners, Soros Fund Management and Goldman Sachs. He has also been a director of Bridgepoint Health since 2011 and is a past fellow of the C.D. Howe Institute.
