Buffett’s son fights poachers

The foundation of Warren Buffett’s son, Howard Buffett, is supporting the Selous Game Reserve in Tanzania, reports Treehugger.

Howard has written eight books on wildlife and conservation. His foundation, the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, is funding a helicopter, vehicles, GPS equipment and training for pilots and park rangers.

The younger Buffett’s foundation is also fully funds the Nature Conservation Trust in South Africa, says Treehugger. They’re working to stop rhino poaching in Kruger National Park.
