In 2009, Warren Buffet hired her out of business school to manage a commercial mortgage finance company he had just bought, reports Bloomberg. At the time, Cool was 25. And in the interim, Cool has also proven herself a capable manager, says Bloomberg. Now, Cool advises a number of companies that Buffett owns through his Berkshire Hathaway empire, says Bloomberg.
