Black Friday bargain hunters may not actually be getting the best deals, reports the Wall Street Journal.

Some merchandise is discounted later in the season—or not at all. Luxury and technology stores including Tiffany’s and Apple don’t discount their goods at all.

Better deals on toys and winter wear come later in the season.
